About the Firm

Robert L. Shepard is an adjunct professor teaching Wills & Trusts at New College of California, School of Law, as well as JFK University, School of Law. His teaching keeps his practice on the cutting edge of Estate Planning. In addition to a full time legal assistant, two student interns are part of the team.

 

The Law Office of Robert L. Shepard regularly provides pro-bono Estate Planning for the AIDS Legal Referral Panel in San Francisco. To be able to handle all manner of Estate Planning, Mr. Shepard is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Notary Public.

 

Mr. Shepard also has knowledge in the areas of bankruptcy and family law insofar as they intersect with Estate Planning.
